Make one or multiple passports.  For each passport:

You will need:  1/2 sheet of 8.5 x 11 card stock (any color.)  DO NOT CUT!

3 sheets standard white printer paper

stapler--extra deep (or needle and thread)

Print one Passport Cover Page on colored card stock. Template is of two passport covers.

Print one Passport Personal Identification/World Map Page on standard white paper stock. Then print one Passport Inside Visa Page on reverse side of Passport Personal ID/World Map Page.  (Be sure the top of first side is the top of reverse side.)

Print two  Passport Visa Pages. Print both sides.  (Be sure the top on the first side is the top on the reverse side.)

Cut all pages at cut line.  Fold all pages in half. Assemble: Passport Cover on outside, Passport ID Page next, then multiple Visa Pages, place World Map as centerfold.

Staple or stitch at fold. (You will need an extra deep stapler to reach fold, available at most schools and libraries. Stitch at fold if extra deep stapler is not available.)

Note:  If you are making only one passport, you will have an extra cover page, so make extra inside pages and give a Passport to the World to a friend!

For visa stamps:  Print one set of visa stamps for each passport.
